Rawhide: our premium quality trees (BB) are hand-sewn with the best hides and dried slowly and evenly in the high desert southwest air. This crucial process prevents warping and twisting that can occur with artificially dried trees. the rawhide is securely hand-laced around the cantle and swell with close stitches, then hand-nailed in the cantle and gullet.

Bars: Our bars are cut with mirror-like duplication and accuracy using specially designed machines. We primarily use the Bowden style “Arizona Bars” on all our trees unless otherwise specified, with scaled-down versions for Barrel Racer, youth trees, and narrow seat bars for Cutters and Pleasure trees.

Swells: Our Bowden saddle tree swells are built for strength, laminated with 3/4" plywood between two layers of pine.

Horns: Roping horns are made of the finest ductile iron, ensuring exceptional durability against the stresses of roping.

Cantles: We offer various cantle styles, including Oval Komfort, Round-Top Komfort, Round, and Shovel with a dish depth that is typically 1" to 1-1/2". 

Precision Assembly & Customization

Assembly: Forks, cantles, and bars are assembled for high accuracy in custom jigs, then glued and stapled with 2" staples.

Customization: As custom saddle tree builders, we are not limited to any particular pattern. We can hand-make a tree or modify swell thickness, add leg cuts, back sweeps, or any other specific requirements you may have for a youth, Barrel Racer, or specialized tree.
